ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an eager and spirited sales associate to join our prestigious agency. 
As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Chase Koenig - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks, and bring in new clients to our agency. Sales associates on our team will use their comprehensive knowledge of financial products to educate clients on their financial and insurance needs, find new clients for the agency, and review coverages for our current clientele. Join our highly ranked agency and work alongside an extremely sought-after team, while offering clients the means to protect their families and livelihood. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate new clients about insurance options and financial services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, as well as goals for new client growth. 
  • Consistently meet goals for calling new clients.
  • Consistently meet goals for educating clients on appropriate financial services and insurance coverage options.
  • Focus on positive community outreach.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years + sales experience.
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Enthusiastic approach to sales and bringing in new clients to the agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Positive outlooks and high level of energy.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
