ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a  Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Chase Koenig - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.  You will have a chance to learn how to market products and manage a business firsthand while participating in my focused program to develop and enhance your skills and experiences, allowing you to reach your career goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Exhibit and uphold our agency core values of Optimism, Balance, Respect, Accountability and Growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
